Why in person

Five students. Two hours. Nowhere to hide.

A class of five

With five students in the room, a tutor sees every piece of work as it is written. A wrong method gets caught in the moment, not two weeks later when the test comes back.

That is the whole reason we cap it where we do. Any bigger and the correction stops being immediate.

Two hours a subject

Long enough to teach the content, work through exam questions, and go back over what did not land. Not a rushed hour where nothing gets finished.

Students sit in a classroom, away from home distractions, with the same focus they would bring to a school lesson.

Years 7 to 13, covering KS3, GCSE and A-Level.

We've had a great experience with Aim Higher Tuition Services. My son found the support really helpful during his GCSEs. The explanations were clear, lessons were well structured, and his confidence and results improved a lot. He's now continuing with them for his A levels… I was recommended Aim Higher by another mum from my son's school, and I'm so glad we followed that recommendation.

By far the best tuition in Slough. It has helped me attain the highest grades at A-Level and GCSE. The teachers provide you with wonderful support and help you understand the tougher topics with ease. Your progress is checked constantly with assessments to make sure you are prepared fully for the final exams. Would highly recommend!

I am very grateful for support my son has recieved at this tution centre for english. He used to struggle with the subject but after came here, I have noticed change in his ability. The tuitor is respectful and take time to understands my son's weaknesses and addresses them. I have seen big improvment in his English skills and I reccomend this tution to other parents

Questions parents ask

Is the trial really free?

Yes. A full two-hour lesson, no charge, no card. You decide afterwards whether to continue.

Where exactly are you?

Langley Grammar School, Reddington Drive, Langley, Slough, SL3 7QS. We hire the school's classrooms at weekends and have done since 2016. There is parking on site.

What are the times?

Saturdays 10am to 4pm and Sundays 10am to 2pm. Each subject runs for two hours, so we'll place your child in a slot that fits around your weekend.

How many students are in a class?

Five at most. That is the point of the model and we do not stretch it.

Which year groups and subjects?

Years 7 to 13 in Maths, English and Science, covering KS3, GCSE and A-Level.

Can I wait while my child is in the lesson?

Yes. Plenty of parents do, and others use the two hours to get on with their weekend. Either is fine.

What if we miss a weekend?

Tell us in advance and we'll do our best to find a catch-up slot. Families have holidays and fixtures, we're used to working around them.

Do you only teach Langley Grammar students?

No. We hire the building at weekends. Our students come from schools right across Slough, Langley, Datchet, Iver and Windsor.
